Tomer has directed me toward Bitstream Vera Sans Mono, and it is looking good, here is a screen shot of a piece of Rhino Mocks using the it.

 

 

The guys I'm working with make fun of my font choice (1 to 2 points bigger than the default), it tend to drive them crazy, but I find that looking at a smaller piece of code using bigger fonts help me concentrate on a piece of the problem more easily. I really dig the mouse wheal zooming feature in Notepad2, since it is so nice to have when you want to check a piece of code or see all of it at a glance (not to mention showing it to someone who is a bit far.

I find that I use bigger fonts the harder the problem, for instance, here is how I check a piece of really nasty SQL (which this code isn't):
